6.3 House of Eugénie is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or external circumstances.

6.4 Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import fees, or brokerage fees.

6.5 Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, House of Eugénie cannot be held liable for theft, misdelivery, or loss.

7. Local Pick-Up

7.1 Local pick-up is available exclusively in Montréal and must be scheduled by email.
7.2 Orders are typically ready within five (5) business days unless otherwise communicated.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale Conditions

8.2 Handmade, vintage, antique, one-of-a-kind, or customized items are final sale.
8.3 Commercial items may be eligible for return or store credit if unused and in original condition.

9.1 Refill services are available only for approved non-commercial vessels.
9.2 Custom Vessel Candle Creation is offered at the discretion of House of Eugénie and requires email approval before drop-off.
9.3 All such services are final sale.

10.2 House of Eugénie is not liable for damage or injury caused by unsafe or improper candle use.
