Bold, sculptural, and intensely luminous, APOLLON embodies the artistic spirit of Beauceware — one of Canada’s most celebrated mid-century ceramic makers. Crafted in Quebec and marked Model 285, this vessel carries the unmistakable signature of the Beauce studios: deep, expressive glazes, strong geometric forms, and hand-finished character.

Its rich indigo glaze moves like night falling over water, while the curved, segmented silhouette reflects the modernist sensibilities that defined Beauceware’s design language in the 1960s–1970s.

Originally created as a decorative center piece or low planter, APOLLON was meant to anchor a room with presence and elegance.

Now reimagined as a hand-poured candle, APOLLON glows from within, casting soft light across its glossy surface — a quiet radiance that feels both powerful and serene.

Revived by House of Eugenie, this piece becomes a modern heirloom: a celebration of Canadian ceramic artistry reborn in flame.

    • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use.

    • Always burn on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children, and pets.

    • Allow the wax to fully melt across the surface during the first burn to prevent tunneling.

    • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

    • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

    • Once finished, let the candle cool before cleaning.

    • Clean with warm water and mild soap to remove wax residue.

Once your candle has fully burned through, your vessel is designed to live a second life.

You may choose to have it refilled, or simply repurpose it as a jewelry dish, a decorative bowl, a keepsake holder, or any meaningful object in your home.

If you wish to order a refill, just select the option in our boutique that corresponds to the size of the candle you originally purchased.
