The process is simple:
Purchase your refill.
Ship your empty vessel to our Montreal studio (shipping to us is at your expense).
We refill your candle within 5–7 business days.
We ship your completed candle back to you — the shipping cost has already been paid at checkout.
No additional invoice, no extra steps.
Important Notes
We refill only vessels purchased at House of Eugénie.
Fragile vessels must be carefully packaged.
Drop-off in Montreal available by appointment.
